By visiting our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our other published store policies, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Please do not use this website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.

Customers who have not reached the legal age to enter into a contract must use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs charges, and other applicable fees may be added to the order. Available charges will be displayed at checkout when they can be calculated in advance.

8. Orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing, contact, and delivery information.

9. Payment

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or another third-party payment provider. We do not control a payment provider’s processing times, security procedures, or independent terms.

We do not ask customers to send full payment-card information by email.

10. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our published Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

When an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. In the United States, sellers generally must give customers a cancellation and refund option when an order cannot be shipped within the promised period. 

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

11. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy.

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, expected natural variation, or products that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Customers must report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide the information requested in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Shopify requires refund information to remain current, accurate, publicly accessible, and consistent with applicable consumer-protection requirements. 

12. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing.

When cancellation is required by applicable law, those legal rights will apply.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, policies, and other website information accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical mistakes, incorrect prices, missing details, or outdated information. We may correct errors and update information without notice.

When an error materially affects an existing order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.
