1. Introduction

Psychic Hermano and its operators have no liability whatsoever for any consequences—emotional, financial, physical, relational, spiritual, or otherwise—that may follow from your use of the Service.

6. Orders, Payment & Delivery

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Digital services are typically delivered by email or through the method stated at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information you provided, email filters, spam folders, or third-party technical issues.

7. All Sales Final – No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a Service has begun, been performed, or been delivered (including any confirmation, PDF, reading, or digital file), no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) dissatisfaction with results, perceived inaccuracy, change of mind, “the spell did not work,” or any other reason.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is non-refundable.

If you are considering a chargeback, you agree to contact us first. Filing a chargeback after delivery of the Service constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account ban and further action to recover the amount plus costs.

8. No Warranties

THE SERVICE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Availability or uninterrupted access.
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
  • Outcomes of any reading, spell, pact, or spiritual service.
  • Fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Psychic Hermano and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including (but not limited to) emotional distress, lost profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or any other loss arising from the Service or these Terms.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that specific Service.
  • This limitation applies even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Psychic Hermano, its operators, owners, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service,
  • Any decision or action you take based on a reading, spell, pact, or guidance,
  • Your violation of these Terms, or
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration.

You and Psychic Hermano waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

Arbitration shall be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying individual claims. This section survives termination of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or third-party service disruptions.


13. Severability, No Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Psychic Hermano regarding the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
